Happy almost New Year 2019! We need to talk about a few things before the night can continue. If you’re reading this that means you haven’t passed out yet and are doing better than a lot of others. First of all, stop everything you’re doing (things that doesn’t take you anywhere) and please smile, be thankful for what you have. The journey is not easy, but nobody cares tonight, we still alive, so go to celebrate, cheers to a new year and another chance for us to get it right.!
Once that’s settled, fix yourself… Are you ready? Ok.
I hope that in this year to come, you make mistakes. Because if you are making mistakes, then you are making new things, trying new things, learning, living, pushing yourself, changing yourself, is changing your world. You're doing things you've never done before, and more importantly, you're Doing Something.
So that's my wish for you, make glorious, amazing mistakes. Make mistakes nobody's ever made before. Don't freeze, don't stop, don't worry that it isn't good enough, or it isn't perfect.
Ok you know what, fuck it. Clearly you’re not going to listen and I really should’ve known that from the beginning. It’s almost midnight and the chances that you’re still reading this letter are zero percent. At least I can say I tried.
